I'm Simon Patterson, a freelance photojournalist who primarily covers motorcycle racing, travel, technology and politics. Originally from Northern Ireland, I travel the world for nine months a year with my wife Maddi in our self-converted Mercedes Sprinter van, working on the road and sharing our experiences.

I like to think that I'm multi-skilled: I started out in media as a photographer, I'm an established journalist, I have extensive experience in social media management and PR, I've worked both behind and in front of the camera in TV and video production, and I'm a regular contributor to a number of highly-successful podcasts.
